Veronika has been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2015. Without any prior sports or dance background, Veronika embraced yoga as a way to develop body awareness, healthier lifestyle, and athleticism. Ultimately, this led her to a spiritual transformation and a happier life, and it has been Veronika's goal to share this experience with others.
Veronika has an extensive knowledge of asana practice within several yoga styles, while for her personal practice she chose the demanding Ashtanga method in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois under the guidance of her teachers, Lori Brungard and Adam Wade.
Being a busy professional herself, Veronika understands what it means for a New Yorker to find time for yourself. She is equally passionate about her "day job" in which she helps enterprises become more innovative. Veronika holds an MBA from Cornell University and is a 200HR certified yoga teacher through Laughing Lotus.
